BLACKBERRY JAM CAKE 
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
12 oz. jar seedless jam
15 oz. jar applesauce
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda

Mix sugar and melted butter well. Add jam and applesauce, then add dry ingredients. Add 1 cup raisins and 1 cup pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes in 9 x 13 greased pan or wax paper. No cholesterol.
