1 head of lettuce
1 c. chopped celery
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. chopped green onions
1 c. LeSueur English peas, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
Shredded mild cheddar cheese

Layer lettuce, onions, celery, and peas in a dish. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise. Spread over the above layers. Sprinkle sugar over mixture. Then cover with cheddar cheese. Chill overnight before serving.
