EASY BISI-BELLE-BHAATH 
1 packet Bisibellebhaath paste
1 cup rice
1 cup tuvar daal
1 packet (500 gms) mixed frozen vegetables
Salt to taste

Tempering:

2 tbsp. Ghee
2 curry leaves
1 halved whole dried red chili
1 tsp. mustard seeds
1 tsp. zeera seeds
1 tsp. maash ki daal
1 tsp. chana daal

Pressure cook rice, tuvar daal and vegetables with water till very well cooked. Add the bisibelle bhaath paste from the packet and cook on low heat until it mixes well. The mixture should be slightly runny. Heat a small pot with the ghee and all other tempering ingredients over high heat until the mustard seeds splutter. Add this to the main mixture. Stire and serve hot with cucumber raita.
