2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
Dash salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour

Add all ingredients. Mix until smooth. Fill electric skillet with 1" oil. Heat to 360 degrees. Use funnel to make cakes. Cook approximately 2 minutes per side. Top with powdered sugar, sugar and cinnamon or your favorite fruit pie filling.
