PENNSYLVANIA DUTCH FUNNEL CAKES 
2 c. milk
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar

Preheat deep fryer to 375 degrees (with heated cooking oil). Beat together milk and eggs. Beat in flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Pour batter through a funnel into hot oil. Fry until brown.
