4 lg. potatoes, baked
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/2 c. salad dressing
4 crisp cooked crumbled bacon slices

Cut potatoes lengthwise. Scoop out potato, leaving a good thick shell. Mix potatoes, cheese, salad dressing, milk egg and seasoning. Beat until fluffy. Fill shells, top with cheese, onions and bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serves 4.
