FRUIT CAKE 
1 can or jar applesauce
1 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. mincemeat
1 candied fruit mix (2 cup size)
1 c. raisins
1 c. pecans
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. rum flavoring

In pan put Eagle Brand milk, mincemeat, butter, applesauce and rum flavoring. Bring to a boil, let cool. Mix spices, soda, salt and flour and add to mixture in pan. Add fruit, nuts and raisins. Heat oven to 275 degrees. Spray Pam in tube pan, line with foil and spray again. Add the cake mixture and cook about 2 hours or until done.
