CRAB MUSHROOM CROQUETTES 
Flake a can of crabmeat and add a half cup sliced mushrooms that have been sauteed in 2 tablespoons butter and 1/2 cup diced cooked celery. Mix with 1 cup THICK white sauce which has been seasoned with grated onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Mold into croquettes and place in icebox. When firm, dip in beaten egg and bread crumbs and fry. Serve with tomato or chili sauce.
