CHOCOLATE GRAVY 
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift together sugar, flour, cocoa and salt, slowly add milk and beat until well blended. Cook over moderate heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils and thickens, cook 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla. Serve over hot buttered biscuits or hot rolls.
