MOM'S CRANBERRY APPLE SALAD 
1 qt. fresh cranberries
2 c. apples
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 lb. pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 c. whipping cream (you may use Cool Whip)
1/2 c. nuts

Put cranberries and apples through food blender. Add sugar and marshmallows, mixing well. Let stand in refrigerator a few hours or overnight. Whip cream and mix into first mixture. Add nuts, mixing well. Spread in 9" square pan. Keep in freezer until 1/2 hour before serving.
