BAR-B-QUE RIBS 
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 c. water
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Country-style ribs
Onion, sliced

Cut ribs into serving pieces. Place ribs in shallow pan, meaty side up. Slice onion thin and arrange over top of meat. Roast in hot, 450 degree oven for 30 minutes. While meat is browning, make sauce. Mix and heat first 9 ingredients to boiling. After meat has browned, drain grease and pour sauce over ribs. Continue to bake at 350 degrees or lower until tender. Baste ribs often.
