COLD SLAW 
1 med. head cabbage
1 med. green pepper
2 med. onions
Carrots (opt.)
3/4 c. salad oil
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
1 1/2 c. sugar

Shred the cabbage, peppers, onions and carrots; add oil. Bring the vinegar, salt, mustard and sugar to a boil and pour over the greens while still hot. Refrigerate. Will keep for days.
