COLD SLAW 
3 c. grated cabbage
3 tbsp. grated carrots
3 tbsp. grated green bell pepper
3 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. mayonnaise
6 tbsp. sugar

Beat sauce for 3 minutes. Mix sauce with cabbage, carrots and bell pepper. Cover tightly and refrigerate for 8 hours.
