MEATLESS MEATBALLS 
Combine:

2 hard cooked eggs
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. wheat germ
1 tbsp. parsley
1 c. minced onion
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt

Mix well. Add-2 eggs beaten well, mix, shape into balls or patties (size of a walnut) cook over medium heat until lightly brown. Can use as is or in sauce on spaghetti.
