MEATLESS PATTIES (CASSEROLE) 
2 eggs
1 c. oatmeal (uncooked)
1 c. finely chopped nuts
1/4 c. canned milk
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sage

Combine all ingredients. Form patties and brown in hot oil. Place in casserole and make French onion gravy and pour over it. Place in oven and heat through.

Tastier if left to stand overnight before baking. The batter will be quite thin and must be formed.
