CRANBERRY CASSEROLE 
3 c. unpeeled apples
1 c. sugar
2 c. raw, whole cranberries
1/2 c. water

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. instant oatmeal
1/3 c. flour
1 stick melted butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nuts

Put apples, cranberries, sugar and water in a 9x12 inch baking dish. Mix topping ingredients in a separate bowl, then crumble over top of cranberry mixture. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
