APPLE CRANBERRY CASSEROLE 
3 c. fresh unpeeled cooking apples
2 c. raw cranberries
1 c. sugar
1 c. oatmeal
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 stick melted butter
1/3 chopped nuts

Chop apples; add sugar and fresh cranberries. Pour into a 9 x 13 sprayed casserole. Mix remaining ingredients and drop by hand over the top of casserole.

Bake at 350°F until light brown, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Cranberries freeze very well, so when they are in season, I buy and freeze for the year. Good brunch dish.
