1 box UNCLE BEN'S® "Long Grain and wild rice original recipe"
1 lb. Jimmy Dean "Hot and Spicy" sausage
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Cook rice per instructions on box. Brown sausage and onion; drain. Combine all ingredients, turn into greased casserole and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
