BLACKBERRY PIE 
1 baked 8-9 inch pie shell
4 c. fresh or frozen blackberries
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 1/3 tbsp. cornstarch

Cook berries 10 minutes. After coming to a boil - mix sugar, cinnamon and cornstarch together and add to berries. Stir constantly. Cook for 5 minutes after it starts to bubble. Pour into baked pie shell. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
