BLACKBERRY PIE 
3 c. blackberries, fresh
1 c. sugar or to taste
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
2 pie crusts
1 tbsp. butter

Combine berries, sugar, flour, lemon juice and salt. Pour in shell, dot with butter. Cover with top crust.

NOTE: Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce to 350 degrees. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 9 inch pie.
