SALT WATER PEPPERS 
1 1/2 c. salt

Soak peppers in water and salt 18 hours. 2 cloves garlic 2 tbsp. horseradish 10 c. vinegar 2 c. water

Bring to boil and simmer 15 minutes. Dump over peppers in jars. Cold pack 10 minutes.

Peppers are hot peppers, they can be sliced however you wish.
