UPSIDE DOWN PIZZA | |
1 lb. ground beef Spaghetti sauce 1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese 1 egg 2 tbsp. catsup 1 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Brown meat, drain. Add enough spaghetti sauce to make a meaty sauce. Pour meat sauce into 9 x 13 pan. Unroll rolls into rectangles and cover sauce with rolls. Mix together cheese, egg, catsup, oregano and Worcestershire sauce. Cover sauce with cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until crust is golden brown. Serve in squares. |
