UPSIDE DOWN PIZZA 
1 lb. hamburger, beef or venison
1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 green pepper, chopped up
1 onion, chopped up
1 jar mushrooms
1 pkg. pepperoni
2 eggs
1 tbsp. oil

Brown hamburger with onion, drain fat. Pour sauce over meat mixture, spread pepper, mushroom, and pepperoni over sauce. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on. Next beat eggs, milk, flour and oil in bowl. Spread over cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until light brown.
