UPSIDE-DOWN PIZZA 
2 lb. ground chuck
1 c. chopped onion
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls

Cook beef and onion in a large skillet until meat is browned, stirring to crumble meat; drain well. Stir in tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce mix; cook over low heat 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 9x13x2 inch baking dish; top with sour cream, and sprinkle evenly with cheese. Unroll crescent rolls, and place on top of cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes. Yield: 8 servings.
