UPSIDE DOWN PIZZA 
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. sausage
1/2 lb. ground beef
Green peppers
Mushrooms
Onions
pepperoni
1 pt. spaghetti sauce

CRUST:

2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. flour
Pinch of salt
1/4 c. grated cheese

Cook meat, onions, etc. in skillet until done. Stir in sauce. Pour meat mixture into a 9 x 13 inch pan and top with cheese. Mix the crust ingredients together and pour over the meat mixture (crust will be soupy). Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

If you like a lot of crust, make a double batch and put it on the bottom before adding the meat mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
