SHRIMP - POTATO SALAD 
4-6 new potatoes, whole
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 hard boiled egg
2 Tbsps. chopped pickles
1 lb. cooked shrimp, cut in half
Salad oil
Vinegar
Hellmann's mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil potatoes, peel and coat with salad oil while still warm. Add a little vinegar, then enough of the other ingredients to taste. Add enough Hellmann's mayonnaise to hold together. Enjoy!
