CREAMY POTATO SALAD 
8 med. red potatoes, unpeeled
1/2 c. commercial Italian salad dressing
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/3 c. sliced celery
1/3 c. sliced green onions
1/2 c. commercial sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. commercial cucumber salad dressing
Chopped green onion tops, optional

Wash potatoes, and cut into 1/4 inch slices. Cook in boiling water to cover 15 minutes or until tender. Drain. Combine potatoes and Italian salad dressing; chill. Carefully stir celery and green onions into potato mixture. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and cucumber salad dressing; stir well. Pour mixture over potatoes; toss gently. Garnish with green onion tops, if desired. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
