HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. finely chopped or minced onions
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream (low fat can be used)
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
1/2 c. butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix soup, sour cream, cheese, potatoes, onions, salt and pepper. Spread on bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle cornflake crumbs over mixture. Drizzle butter over mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for one hour. This recipe will take full hour to bake. Enjoy!
