HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1-2 lb. pkgs. hash brown potatoes
1 c. onions, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 can French fried onions

Mix all except French fried onions. Place in casserole and bake 300 degrees for one hour. Then put French fried onions on top.
