HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 bag frozen cubed hash browns
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 stick butter, melted
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. bread crumbs.
Seasonings (salt, pepper & garlic powder)

Mix all ingredients, except bread crumbs and butter and place in casserole dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of potato mixture then pour melted butter over them. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
