HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix in large bowl and turn into greased casserole dish. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
