DIET CHICKEN BARBECUE 
1/2 c. prepared low-cal Italian salad dressing
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. dried onion flakes
1 tsp. dry mustard
Chicken parts

Mix seasonings well. Marinate chicken in sauce for several hours. Grill chicken 20-30 minutes. Baste with remaining sauce. Turn chicken. Grill another 20-30 minutes. Keep basting.
