PUMPKIN PIE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
1 egg
1 1/2 c. pureed pumpkin, canned or fresh
5 oz. sugar
2 oz. nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 (12 to 13 oz.) can evaporated milk

Combine ingredients. Pour into crust, bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until firm. Cover ends of crust with foil the last 15 minutes if they're browning too quickly. Makes 1 pie.
