PUMPKIN - APPLE PIE 
1 c. cooked mashed pumpkin
1 c. thick applesauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. powdered cloves
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. light cream
1 (9") unbaked pie shell

Combine first 8 ingredients in order given and beat until smooth and light. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 375 degrees and bake for 45 minutes or until the pie is set and the crust nicely browned.
