SWEDISH FLAT BREAD 
1 pt. buttermilk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1 scant tsp. baking soda

Mix all ingredients together and stir in enough flour to make a soft dough (about 5 to 5 1/2 cups). Roll and bake as you would lefse.
