SWEDISH FLAT BREAD 
1 pt. buttermilk
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. wheat flour
2 c. white flour
Brown sugar not white sugar

Alternate Ways:

1/2 cup powdered buttermilk and 1 pint water.

1 cup wheat flour and 1/2 cup corn meal.

Mix ingredients and shape into 24 balls. Roll thin. Bake on cookie sheet at 425 degrees. After turning once you can mark lightly with a fluted pastry cutter for nicely shaped serving pieces or break in pieces when cooled. Store in tight container. Delicious with creamed cheese, blue cheese or butter.
