1 can crab meat
1 med. onion, minced
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 c. Cheddar, grated
1 pkg. hot dog buns, cut into thirds (6 pieces)

Mix first 4 ingredients and spoon onto each piece of bun. Sprinkle with paprika and place on cookie sheet until broiler until cheese melts.
