BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 pkg. (8 count) refrigerator crescent rolls
1 c. frozen loose pack hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook and drain sausage. Place crescent rolls in an ungreased pizza pan with points to the center. Pinch seams together. Spoon sausage over rolls. Sprinkle with potatoes and then Cheddar cheese. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour onto crust over the Cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Can be made the night before, omitting egg mixture until ready to bake in morning. Also good as supper dish.
