1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz cheese spread
3 1/2 c. potato slices

Microwave Cheez Whiz according to label directions. Place potatoes in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Pour on hot Cheez Whiz. Cover with plastic wrap vented on one edge. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Microwave on medium 50% for 15 minutes until potatoes are tender, turning once. Makes 6 servings.
