OUTDOOR COOKING - DAD'S LONDON
BROIL
 
1/2 c. corn syrup
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. ground ginger
4 cloves garlic, chopped fine
3 tbsp. Italian dressing
1 1/2 lbs. shoulder steak

Mix all ingredients except for the steak. Place steak in a plastic bag and pour in mixture. Seal and refrigerate overnight.

Place steak directly on the grill over hot coals; cook for 10-13 minutes each side. Baste with remaining sauce every 10 minutes. Serves 4.
