VERDE CROCK-POT LONDON BROIL,
BEEF, CHICKEN, PORK
 
London broil (or other type of large meat to roast)
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
1 (15 oz.) can green enchilada sauce
1 medium or large onion, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
your favorite seasonings (e.g. garlic)

BURRITO SUGGESTION:

shredded cheese
dairy sour cream
tortillas
refried beans
cooked Spanish rice (I usually use Rice-a-Roni)

Place meat in Crock-Pot with all the ingredients in there. I usually season my meat first and throw it all in on LOW for about 4 or 5 hours.

Note: If you are using London broil (which I used last because it was on sale) I cooked it in there for about 3 hours, took out the meat and cut it all up very thin and small, threw it back in to cook in the juices for a bit and made burritos. There are several things to do with the recipe!
