BAKED BEANS 
8-10 lbs. pork and beans, drained
1 lb. bacon
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. ketchup

Open beans into Dutch oven. Fry bacon saving grease. Remove bacon and crumble. In bacon grease simmer onion and ketchup. Stir brown sugar into beans and add bacon. Stir in grease, onion and ketchup. Mix well and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Makes approximately 1 gallon.
