CHEDDAR EGG LOAF 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 jar spaghetti sauce
2 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
5 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. minced onion
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Heat butter and sauce until butter melts. Add rice, cheese and bread crumbs to eggs, stir in warm sauce mixture. Mix in remaining ingredients. Turn into greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours. Let stand 10 minutes, then unmold and slice. Serves 6.
