CHICKEN AND RICE 
Chicken (legs, thighs, etc.)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 to 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
3-4 c. boiling water

Mix chicken and mushroom soups and rice together. Place in greased casserole dish. Put chicken pieces on top of mixture. Mix boiling water and dry onion soup. Pour over top of chicken. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
