1/2 med. cabbage chopped (4 c.)
4 ribs celery
1 sm. onion
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. vinegar (cider)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Chop cabbage, celery and onion very fine (can be done in food processor if you are very careful not to chop too fine). Mix all ingredients and stir well.
