CARROT SLAW 
6 c. (2 lbs.) grated carrots
1 c. raisins
2/3 c. combination of mayonnaise and yogurt to taste
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
Pepper to taste

Combine carrots and raisins. Mix together the mayonnaise/yogurt, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper. Toss with carrots and raisins. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
