CARROT SLAW 
Bunch of carrots, peeled
2 apples, cored, peeled and cut into sm. pieces
Lemon juice
1/3 to 1/2 c. raisins
Onion (optional)
Mayonnaise

Grate carrots into large bowl. Put cut-up apples in another bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice so they won't turn brown and toss around to coat. Drain out excess lemon juice and add apples to carrots. Add raisins. Add enough mayonnaise to moisten.
