BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8 slices bread, cubed
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 lb. sausage, cooked, chopped, drained of fat
10 eggs
2 c. milk
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt

Spread bread cubes in greased 19 x 9 inch baking dish. Top with cheese and cooked sausage. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour over mixture in baking dish and chill overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until casserole is puffed and set. Cut into squares.
