BEEF AND MUSHROOM KEBABS 
1 lb. med.-size fresh mushrooms or 2 (6 to 8 oz. each) cans whole mushrooms
1 1/2 lbs. round steak, about 1 1/2 inches thick
1/2 c. bottled Italian salad dressing
1 green pepper, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
6 cherry tomatoes

1. Rinse, pat dry and trim stems of fresh mushrooms or drain canned mushrooms; set aside.

2. Cut steak into 1 1/2 inch cubes. Place in a snug fitting bowl; add salad dressing. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.

3. Alternately arrange mushrooms, beef, green pepper and cherry tomatoes on 6 skewers.

4. Brush well with salad dressing remaining in bowl.

5. Arrange on broiler pan. Place under a preheated hot broiler for 10 minutes or until done as desired, turning and brushing frequently with remaining salad dressing. Yield: 6 portions.
