CHICKEN BREASTS WRAPPED IN
CHIPPED BEEF
 
4 chicken breasts (8 halves, skinned)
8 slices chipped beef
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sherry (optional)
Dash of pepper

Wrap each breast in slice of chipped beef. Place in bottom of baking dish. Mix rest of ingredients and beat. Pour over chicken so that it is entirely covered. Bake 4 hours in 250 degree oven. Cover after about 2 hours.
